6-Month Limited Warranty

 

Thank you for your FlavrQ purchase. This Limited Warranty applies only to the FlavrQ Grid. If not satisfied, please contact us. 

For a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, FlavrQ warranties the FlavrQ Grid to be free of defects in workmanship and materials, provided reasonable adherence to required installation and use directions are followed. This warranty is void if the FlavrQ Grid is used with any chunk, lump or briquette charcoal or any wood or charcoal product(s) other than FlavrQ ChipCharwood.

Minor warping or torquing of the FlavrQ Grid, which does not interfere with its function, is considered normal and will not be considered a flaw in workmanship or material. However, should the FlavrQ Grid warp, torque or burn through in a manner that interferes with the reasonable use of the FlavrQ Grid, FlavrQ will, at its own choice, either replace the unit or credit the user on a 6-month pro-rata basis.
