"I burned the heck out of my first burgers. I'm talking charcoal brickettes! The grill was flaming in the bottom on the side opposite of the FlavrQ grate. I know now that the temp on the grill must be regulated far below what I would use without the new chips. I also had A LOT of flying embers each time I opened the lid. I burned all the hair off my forearm! I think with more instruction on what to expect and a much lower gas temperature, the chips will make the food taste good. But I haven't been able to get anything edible yet."
